01 What software do you use?
Primarily the Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Audition. I also have years of previous experience with Sony/Magix Vegas.
02 What software shoould I use?
If you're looking for something free but very capable try DaVinci Resolve
03 How did you learn how to edit?
I'm fully self taught.
I grew up playing with Window Movie Maker and Macromedia Flash. Throughout the years I've edited gameplay footage of me and my friends for fun. My first professional project was gaming montage for an esports organizations in 2013.
04 How did you get into editing for YouTubers?
Some of my personal hobby videos got traction on reddit. I was fortunate to be approached for a test gig which eventually ramped up to full time work.
